Camp Ridgedale is a rustic camp ministry of The (Original) Church of God that serves Christian churches, organizations and ministers to our local community. We provide a place to host camps, retreats, and getaways. We also have our 2 Kids Camp Weeks in the summer as well as Finder's Camp, an overnight youth camp for teens and we are expanding our offerings for our local community. Our goal is to help you get closer to God as an individual, church, and family.

We really enjoyed hosting the The Rivermen Territorial of Fellowship of Christian Frontiersmen this weekend.

Yes, the leaves are changing and the cooler weather is coming but if you want to do a weekend retreat for your church next spring, now is the time to plan and book it. We would love to host you for a women's, men's, young adult's, or youth retreat and we have some availability left for March, April, and May. Why do we do what we do? This little story from 1999 shows us the reason we do camp. How awesome is it to see kids grow to become leaders and great Christian men and women. In a world that grows more crazy every day, we need these men and women to lead their families, churches, and communities with a love and wisdom that only comes from a relationship with Jesus.

We had a blast this summer at both Kid's Camps, and we can't wait for summer '26 to bring even more fun!

Wow, what a week!!!! This group was fun. From the first day, they were having fun and running everywhere. Thanks to all the parents who let them come out and hang with us, we can't wait to see you all next time. Kids Camp #2 2025

Camp Ridgedale is a ministry of The (Original) Church of God and we are always honored to host Youth Explosion. What a wonderful week of fun, praising, praying, and fellowshipping with our closest friends and family. We can't wait to see you next year!!! Or before....

TOMORROW!!!!!! It starts. Parents, drop off starts at 7:30 AM through 9:00 AM, while pick up is from 3:00 to 5:00 PM. Kids will need swim clothes, water bottle, and a towel. We are so excited we just can't wait!!

Kids Camp is going to be HOTTT!!!, If your kid has a water bottle, please bring it, and if not, we will make sure that everyone stays hydrated. KIDS DAY CAMP #1 starts Monday and there is still time to register at campridgedale.org. Drop off at 730 to 9 and pick up between 3 and 5, swim time each day weather permitting, lunch and snack provided, lots of fun and learning about the Heroes of the Bible. 95 dollars for the first kid and 70 per sibling in the same household. We can't wait to see you there.

Spiritual Growth: our 2025 Youth Camp will focus on fostering a deeper connection to faith through Bible studies, worship, and discussions about Christian values. Camp is a great place to get away from the distractions of home and focus on our relationship with God. There are still spots available for this summer. Go to campridgedale.org and register there.

There is still time to register for KIDS CAMP 2025! Kids camp is designed for kids entering kindergarten through leaving the 5th grade(5 thru 12). It is a day camp with the option to spend the night on Thursday night. Each week cost is 95.00 for the first child and 70.00 for any siblings. We are going to have 2 weeks this year. The first week is June 23-27 and the second week is July 14-18. Each week will be a different programs so everyone is welcome to go to one or both. Go to campridgedale.org to register online. Today is World Book Day and while we love reading lots of different books here at Camp Ridgedale, we want to remind you of a book you should be reading each and every day. The Bible should be a daily part of your life, it is essential to being equipped to walk in the calling that God has given us.

The day after Easter. What a day yesterday was. Today, we walk forward filled with gladness knowing He will not abandon us.

All About Camp Ridgedale

A Place to Meet with God

We are a small rustic camp capable of hosting up to 110 people. We offer a quiet place for your group to come together and learn, have fun, relax, and grow closer to God and one another. We have plenty of space to play hard, including a swimming pool in the summer, softball field, sand volleyball, and a gaga ball pit. A wonderful Wilderness Tabernacle is available to hold any services or do games on a rainy day. Our lodge is a great place for smaller groups of up to 36 and if you are larger, we have cabins that will hold an additional 74 people.

Get Involved

You can help us be a success and here is how!

1- PRAY FOR US. Join us in prayer every week on Thursday at 8:00 AM as the staff takes this time to pray for our camp, the staff, and the next groups coming to our facility.

2- VOLUNTEER. There are opportunities to come and be hands on and involved in the ministry of Camp Ridgedale. If you have just a little time once a month or year or are looking for something to contribute to with a large time investment or anywhere in between, use the contact us form and let us know.

3-GIVING. We are a non profit religious organization that tries to keep costs for our groups as small as possible and we rely on our Camp Ridgedale Crew to help us with our operating expenses, repairs and upgrades and capital improvements. You can give one time or on a monthly basis and here is our GIVING link.
